ELENA
Elena was born in Holland, Michigan and moved to Washington in 1987, where she grew up in Auburn and graduated from West Auburn High School.
Elena has always loved being part of a profession that helps people feel more confident about their smiles. Working in dentistry gives her the opportunity to connect with patients, make them feel comfortable, and be part of a team that truly makes a difference in their health and happiness. She enjoys getting to know patients and seeing them leave with a smile.
Outside of the office, Elena loves singing karaoke, spending time with her grandkids, watching movies, and listening to music. Family means everything to her, and she treasures the laughter and memories they share together.
Elena is grateful to be part of such a caring dental team where patients are treated like family. She takes pride in bringing positivity and a friendly smile to everyone who walks through the doors.
FALLON, RDA
Fallon grew up in Bellingham, Washington, and moved to the Seattle area after welcoming her son in 2016. In 2024, her family settled in Tacoma, where they are happy to call home.
A graduate of Charter College, Fallon has loved dentistry since childhood. As a Registered Dental Assistant and licensed phlebotomist, she supports surgical care with techniques such as PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, especially those with dental anxiety.
Fallon now splits her time between chairside assisting and serving as our treatment coordinator at the front desk. Her extensive dental knowledge allows her to break down treatment options into clear, understandable steps. Drawing on her experiences as a patient, a chairside assistant, and a member of the front desk team, she understands both the clinical and practical aspects of care. From explaining procedures to coordinating appointments and treatment logistics, Fallon helps patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care.
Outside the office, Fallon enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her children. Her compassion, technical skill, and calming presence make her a valued part of our team.
KAREN, RDA
Karen was born and raised in Southern California but has called Washington state her home for the past 15 years. In 2014 she graduated from Everest College and began her career as a dental assistant.
Karen enjoys providing exceptional care for her patients and especially enjoys helping fearful patients get through their dental appointments. Watching, once anxious, patients return to a much more relaxed mindset and leaving with laughs and a big smile makes dentistry very rewarding for her.
When Karen is away from her patients, she enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with her family and daughter.
CARMEN, RDA, MA-P
Carmen is a Registered Dental Assistant and Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist with many years of experience in dentistry. She earned her Dental Assisting Certificate from Bates Technical College and later expanded her healthcare background by becoming certified in phlebotomy.
Carmen enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease while providing compassionate, attentive care. She values building relationships with her patients, helping them understand their oral health and treatment, and explaining what is happening throughout each procedure, so they know what to expect every step of the way.
Outside of the office, Carmen enjoys swimming at the YMCA, spending time with her grandbabies, painting, and making the most of her time with family and friends.
SHANNON, RDH
Shannon was no stranger to dentistry prior to her dental hygiene degree. She was a dental assistant for seven years and wanted to educate patients on how to prevent the problems she was helping to treat. This led her to dental hygiene. Shannon loves to make her patients feel at ease and to help keep them smiling.
Outside of dentistry, Shannon loves enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with her husband and son. During the summer, if Shannon and her family are not BBQing with friends or hanging out on the lake, they are most definitely camping.
Tien was born and raised right here in Tacoma, Washington. She graduated from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom with a degree in Dental Hygiene.
TIEN, RDH
Tien has always known she wanted to work in the healthcare field. Her career path became clear after working as a sterilization technician and being inspired by her cousin, who is also a dental hygienist. She enjoys connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable during their visits, and educating them about the importance of oral health. Her goal is to make every patient feel confident about their smile.
Outside of work, Tien loves reading, going to concerts, dancing, and taking relaxing walks in the park.
Tien is proud to be part of a caring team that values patient comfort and health, and she brings a gentle touch and positive energy to every appointment.
JESICA, RDH
Jesica grew up in Kapowsin, WA, and began her dental career after completing the dental assisting program at Everest Community College. She quickly discovered how much she enjoyed connecting with patients and getting to know their families.
While working as a dental assistant, Jesica continued taking classes to pursue her goal of becoming a dental hygienist. Her dedication led to acceptance into Shoreline College’s dental hygiene program, where she earned her degree. Today, she helps our patients maintain healthy smiles through preventive care, personalized education, and a warm, welcoming approach.
Outside the office, Jesica enjoys cheering on Seattle sports teams with her husband. Go Mariners!
