ELENA
Elena was born in Holland, Michigan and moved to Washington in 1987, where she grew up in Auburn and graduated from West Auburn High School.
Elena has always loved being part of a profession that helps people feel more confident about their smiles. Working in dentistry gives her the opportunity to connect with patients, make them feel comfortable, and be part of a team that truly makes a difference in their health and happiness. She enjoys getting to know patients and seeing them leave with a smile.
Outside of the office, Elena loves singing karaoke, spending time with her grandkids, watching movies, and listening to music. Family means everything to her, and she treasures the laughter and memories they share together.
Elena is grateful to be part of such a caring dental team where patients are treated like family. She takes pride in bringing positivity and a friendly smile to everyone who walks through the doors.
SUSAN
Susan was born in Berkeley, CA but has called the Washington home since she was 12 years old. She graduated from Rogers High School and soon after attended Highline Community College. Susan and her husband have lived in the same home since 1986 where they raised their two children.
Susan has been in dentistry since 1985 and this current office since April 1998. She has developed so many friendships and bonds through that time and enjoys seeing everyone smile.
In her free time she enjoys doing projects around her home and yard, gardening, walking her spunky boxer dogs and spending time with family, especially her adorable grandchildren.
KAREN, RDA
Karen was born and raised in Southern California but has called Washington state her home for the past 15 years. In 2014 she graduated from Everest College and began her career as a dental assistant.
Karen enjoys providing exceptional care for her patients and especially enjoys helping fearful patients get through their dental appointments. Watching, once anxious, patients return to a much more relaxed mindset and leaving with laughs and a big smile makes dentistry very rewarding for her.
When Karen is away from her patients, she enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with her family and daughter.
FALLON, RDA
Fallon grew up in Bellingham, Washington, and after welcoming her son in 2016, she moved to the Seattle area. In 2024, her family relocated to Tacoma, where they are happy to call home.
Fallon graduated from Charter College and has loved dentistry since childhood. As a Registered Dental Assistant and licensed phlebotomist, she enjoys using advanced methods such as PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) to enhance healing for surgical patients. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair, especially those who may have anxiety or fear about dental visits. Getting to know each patient and helping them achieve healthy, happy smiles is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Outside of the office, Fallon enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her children.
Fallon brings compassion, technical skill, and a calming presence to every appointment, helping patients feel at ease throughout their treatment.
BIBI, RDA
Bibi has always been a Seattle native prior to moving to Tacoma, WA. She graduated from the Seattle Vocational Institute to begin her career in dental assisting.
Bibi had always enjoyed visiting her family dentist growing up. When the opportunity to become a dental assistant arose she did not have to think twice about starting her journey. Bibi enjoys helping build confidence in her patience through healthy smiles.
When Bibi is not with her patients, you can find her spending time with her family enjoying and taking nice hikes around the local areas.
SHANNON, RDH
Shannon was no stranger to dentistry prior to her dental hygiene degree. She was a dental assistant for seven years and wanted to educate patients on how to prevent the problems she was helping to treat. This led her to dental hygiene. Shannon loves to make her patients feel at ease and to help keep them smiling.
Outside of dentistry, Shannon loves enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with her husband and son. During the summer, if Shannon and her family are not BBQing with friends or hanging out on the lake, they are most definitely camping.
Tien was born and raised right here in Tacoma, Washington. She graduated from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom with a degree in Dental Hygiene.
TIEN, RDH
Tien has always known she wanted to work in the healthcare field. Her career path became clear after working as a sterilization technician and being inspired by her cousin, who is also a dental hygienist. She enjoys connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable during their visits, and educating them about the importance of oral health. Her goal is to make every patient feel confident about their smile.
Outside of work, Tien loves reading, going to concerts, dancing, and taking relaxing walks in the park.
Tien is proud to be part of a caring team that values patient comfort and health, and she brings a gentle touch and positive energy to every appointment.
